It explains how we'll work with our community to improve health services across our region.

It describes how we engage with consumers and communities and how we’ll keep improving this work in the future.

It also lists priorities to support strong and meaningful engagement, including:

  • building trusted relationships and making sure people feel safe to share their views
  • supporting staff to involve consumers in decisions about health services
  • improving how we share information, so people know how to take part
  • working with diverse communities to meet their unique needs
  • using feedback to plan and improve health services.
